Description

This might be worth investigating as an option:
​http://code.google.com/apis/webfonts/

Advantage: consistency across platforms

Cons: loading time, support for eg Arabic, Japanese, unicode maths symbols

This may not be needed - fonts here are identical in Java and Web (Windows 7). Need to test on Chromebook/ iPad / Android though
