Also please make a deployweb42 script to copy from http://www.geogebra.org/web/test42/
to
http://www.geogebra.org/web/4.2/
Then we can use Zbynek's nice script to test before we release:

buildggb42.sh currently compiles the web version, and deployggbweb42.sh copies it to geogebraweb.appspot.com, Google Code, and the required directory on www, and also deploys the GeoGebraWeb-latest.zip.
