Properties panel as a view

Propeties panel should be dockable in a view, so that it would be ever visible without hiding the construction. Changing properties of all object of the same type is possible by selecting it in the algebra view.

Tool with input fiels

E.g. with tool circle (center-radius), avoiding the popup dialog for the radius would be possible by adding this bar drawn just under the toolbar (starting with icon of the tool and "Circle c..."). When clicking on the tool, the field for the name is automatically field (here it's "c"), and fields for center and radius are blank. User can fill it by clicking an object on a view, or typing a value, or selecting in the list of already existing objects (matching the correct type).
