Setup with Maven

To setup the GeoGebraTest Project, originally created by Julian Lettner, Maven is needed. He thereby aimed to leverage the power of dependency injection using the testing and dependency management tool Maven. A long term goal may be to convert the original GeoGebra project itself into a project of this type and improve the quality of the code base. Caveat: The tests cannot be run entirely in Maven (without Eclipse), because GeoGebra itself is not yet a Maven project.
